Founded in 2004, Sichuan (Chongqing) Jiama Mechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd, as a member of China Association for Pharmaceutical Equipment (CAPE), is a professional manufacturer specialized in research, design and producing of fluid bed pelletizing, granulating, coating and drying equipment. Jiama has 20,000 ㎡ of R&D and production scale, with independent export qualification.
The main products include the bottom spray coating machine, tangent spray coating machine, multi-functional production lines, such as pelletizing granulating and coating line, extruder and spheronizator line, centrifuge pelletizing and coating line and liquid phase reaction granulating line, fluid bed processor, fluid bed dryer, lifting machine, mixer and etc.. Among all these products, machines for pelletizing, granulation and coating are respected as the leading machines in our domestic market.

 For years of hard working, Jiama machines take an increasing market share at home and abroad. We have established long-term relationship with many pharmaceutical factories as Tianjin Tasly Group, Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group, CR Pharmaceutical Group, Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. Zhuhai United Laboratories Group, Livzon Pharmaceutical Group, Guilin Sanjin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, and etc. For markets abroad, many Jiama machines are distributed to countries like Russia, Cyprus, Syria, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Mexico, Malaysia, Egypt, and etc. And for many R&D centers, like CAEP(China Academy of Engineering Physics), Jiama successfully develops kinds of granulation technologies and providing him the related equipments.

For the management, Jiama owns a reliable team, composed with 16 members of management, 25 R&D engineers, 55 workers and 15 technical service personnel.  Among Jiama team, 12 persons are entitled as Senior Professional Engineer.

As a high-beginning-location enterprise, Jiama highly focuses on the technological investment and R&D. Jiama deems the product quality and service as the survival essence. In 2005, the centrifugal Pelletizing Coater (Patent No.200520033747.3) was awarded to be Chongqing Key New Product, and Chongqing Hi-tech Product. And in the end of 2016, this coater was awarded to be National Key New Product. From 2010, Jiama started to work on the research and design of the swirl-typed fluidized bed coater, and have received big success and applied for the national invention patent. In the same year, Jiama successfully declared 2 patents in the fluid bed field.  

Jiama, combined with producing and designing, strives to develop by cooperation with other powerful agents. In 2015, Jiama achieved the cooperation agreement with Chongqing University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Sinolight Corporation in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries, which provides extremely strong support to our products.
