The hammer mill is wildly used in many industries, especially in pharmacy, fodder, food, painting and chemical industry. As the hammer mill can adjust the particle size with many advantages such as high production efficiency, low energy consumption, safty in usage and easy maintennace, the hammer mill is now attracting an increasing market in many fileds.
 
The milling effect is mainly decided by 3 factors, the particle size, the milling capacity in each unit time, the energy consumption during the milling process. However, these 3 factors are influenced by the following items as characteristics of the raw materials, the structure of the hammer mill, the shape of the milling chamber, the hammer plates’ quantity, thickness and linear speed, the shape and diameter of the sieve mesh, the space between the hammer plate and the the sieve. The minimum particle size after milling can reach to 25-50μm.
 
Features
 
1.Sieves with different hole size are equipped, to meet the different requirements. The hole size is available in the range of 0.2mm~10mm. 
 
2.The material feeding valve is star-shaped. The discharge speed is controlled by adjusting the frequency of the acutator.This could effectively prevent the dust during the milling process. 
 
3.The rotor works easily, hammer plates for hard and crystallized materials, cutting edge for materials with fiber. 
 
4.Front opening structure allows the replacing of the sieves and hammer plates fast and easy.
 
5.Bearing cooling tank: The bearing tank is equipped with inlet and outlet air ports, which could cool the bearing, by moving away the heat caused by the rotation of the main shaft.The temperature detector is equipped here.
 
6.Conforms to the cleaning vertification requirement. All the weldings are polished well, no materials adhensived on the cover. Easy to clean.
 
7.Siemens HMI is applied to set and indicate parameters, such as the ON/OFF operations, rotary speed and the feeding valve frequency. 
 
8.The temperature sensor is installed on the bearing to monitor the temperature of the bearing tank. Once the temperature goes higher than the preset value, the equipment will stop for safty purpose.
